This week, we quietly pushed our first major Nanome update since launching on consumer VR stores. Nanome 1.04 boasts a variety of in-demand features and holistic functionality improvements. Expect a boost in your workflow — 1.04 turns up the volume on just about everything.

New Features

Loading multiple local files and aligning them.
  • Align — automatically align molecules and ligands to their defined origin sites.
  • Multiple molecule selection from browser — populate your workspace quickly.
  • Multi-part SDF support for multiple ligands. Automatically cycle through frames.
  • Keyword Loading — importing from databases just got a lot easier!
  • Trajectory support, enabling multi-model PDB files!
